Abstract

The Journal of Commercial and Contemporary Law is a scholarly publication of the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Imo State University, Owerri. The journal provides an academic platform for the dissemination of well-researched articles, case notes, and critical analyses on issues in commercial law and other contemporary legal developments. It aims to promote legal scholarship, stimulate intellectual discourse, and contribute to the advancement of legal knowledge and practice in Nigeria and beyond.
