Abstract

International Journal of Innovation, Management and Social Sciences (IJIMSS) is a Multi-disciplinary online and print open access journal published in the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, Adeyemi Federal University of Education, Ondo, Nigeria. IJIMSS is a Bi-Annual Periodical Journal that is devoted to publishing both theoretical and empirical research findings in the fields of management sciences, social sciences and other allied disciplines. It provides appropriate medium for disseminating high quality and original research findings, critical topical reviews, technical notes on emerging technologies and innovation among researchers worldwide and promoting scholarship. The journal subjects papers to double blinded reviewing policy and plagiarism test to keep the integrity of academic publication.
