Global South Social Sciences Digest (GSSSD) is a publication of the Research Alliance of Social Science Academics (RASSA), a study cluster at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. The journal focuses on Global South political, economic, social and cultural developments in the era of globalization and her quest to resist neocolonialism in all ramifications. By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and critical scholarship, GSSSD aims to amplify indigenous perspectives and challenge dominant narratives that marginalize the Global South. The journal serves as a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to share empirical studies, theoretical reflections, and policy analyses that contribute to the decolonization of knowledge production. Through this lens, GSSSD aspires to not only document the lived experiences of communities across the Global South but also to influence global discourses on equity, justice, and sustainable development.
