The Awka Journal of Linguistics and Languages (AJILL) is an annual peer-reviewed publication of the Department of Linguistics, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Dedicated to the advancement of research in linguistics and language studies, AJILL provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to share innovative ideas, theoretical insights, and empirical findings across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts. The journal welcomes contributions that explore language structure, language use, sociolinguistics, applied linguistics, and related interdisciplinary fields.
