Abstract

Alex Ekwueme Federal University Law Journal (AEFULJ) is a double blind peerreviewed journal publication of the Faculty of Law, Alex Ekwueme Federal University,Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State. The Journal focuses on contemporary issues on municipaland international law. The Editorial Board of AEFULJ hereby calls for well-researched original articles, commentaries, and book/case reviews from scholars and legal practitioners within and outside Nigeria on any area of law for possible publication. It provides a forum for legal scholars and jurists to report research findings for policymaking through innovative and advanced research. Well researched and original papers on topical legal issues are hereby welcome for the second edition of the Journal.
