Abstract

The offence of advanced fee fraud has been a challenge for the Federal Government of Nigeria. Therefore, there is need to examine the legal and institutional framework for regulating the offence under the Criminal Laws in Nigeria with a view to strengthening the laws for efficiency. The aim of this paper is to examine the Legal and Institutional framework for regulating the offence of advanced fee fraud in Nigeria. The methodology for this research is doctrinal.
